ThIS shelter is designed to operate as a garage and alternatively as a gardeN/pool house. a product of three principle primary constraints: 1) required to be of non-combustIble materials within 2 1/2 feet of the property line 2) a narrow driveway demanding the column-free cantilevered carport, 3) the remaining components necessarily attach to the steel frame and make use of the obvious advantages.
