this hillside (F)ree-house solution, studioTBD would cantilever the entire building from one central concrete core stair & mechanical tower/column. The exterior cladding constructed of uv resistant and thermally reflective nylon (thought of as garments) wrap and unwrap around radiant heated structural concrete decks. The cantilevered pool provides a thermal ballast reservoir to offset late day summer heat gain.
