Pre-Design Service in which the Owner’s program, the financial and time requirements, and the scope of the Project are established.
Site Analysis Service in which site-related limitations and requirements for the Project are established.
Schematic Design Service in which the general scope, conceptual design, and the scale and relationship of components of the Project are established.
Design Development Service in which the size and character or the Project are further refined and described, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate.
Contract Documents Service in which the Work is set forth in detail for bid and/or construction.
Bidding or Negotiations Service in which bids or negotiated proposals are solicited and obtained and in which contracts are awarded.
Contract Administration Service in which the Work is performed by one or more Contractors.
Post-Contract Service in which assistance may be provided facilitating the Owner’s use and occupancy of the Project.
